About this hackathon
The 8th FinTechathon, hosted by the WeBank Institute of Fintech at Shenzhen University. The domestic AI track asks student teams to build an AI Banking Agent that understands natural-language financial intent and safely executes banking operations in at least three of six scenarios (transfers, bill analysis, wealth products, cards, subscriptions, cross-scenario tasks); register by Nov 1 and submit by Nov 2. The international track, in English, is about "AI as a financial participant" (personal finance assistants, wealth advisors) and closes on Oct 20. Free to enter, teams of 2–5; the top 10 per track join a hackathon and defence at WeBank in Shenzhen on Nov 21–22, awards Nov 23.
