A track of the 2026 Huawei Developer Contest co-hosted by Huawei and Xiaohongshu (RED). Build a reusable, runnable Skill for a real-life scenario using at least one of Huawei Cloud CodeArts or OfficeAce, publish it to the Huawei Cloud and Xiaohongshu Skill marketplaces, and get real feedback from RED users. Solo or teams of 2–5; register and submit by Nov 24 (23:59 Beijing time). Top 200 after the first review (Nov 25–27), top 32 after a joint Huawei–RED review (Nov 30–Dec 3), finalists announced Dec 4, offline final Dec 11–13. ¥500,000 total prize money.
