About this hackathon
A free 24-hour student hackathon run by IEEE at the University of Cincinnati on Nov 7–8, held both in person in Cincinnati and online. Tracks cover hardware (microcontrollers, sensors and actuators with a working prototype), education, social issues and security, though you don't need a track to win. Open to college students and high schoolers 16+; in-person spots are first come, first served and limited to those 18+. Teams of 1–4, formed at the event or beforehand; past editions drew two dozen sponsors and tens of thousands of dollars in prizes.
