About this hackathon
A one-day, in-person AI agent hackathon in San Francisco on Nov 14, 2026, run by Nace AI. Teams of 1–2 build agents that make grounded, explainable decisions with Drex, Nace's low-latency decision model, and NDI, its document intelligence for messy PDFs, spreadsheets, scans and email. Three tracks: Apex Predator (beat a frontier LLM on speed, cost or accuracy with Drex), Swarm Intelligence (multi-agent systems where Drex makes every call) and Wildcard (the weirdest use of Drex); using NDI earns bonus points. Building runs 11:30 AM–4:30 PM PT, then finalist demos. 1st place wins an M6 Mac mini; 2nd and 3rd get credits. Free, with registration approval.
