About this hackathon
A two-day physical AI hackathon on Nov 7–8, 2026 at Founders, Inc. in San Francisco, hosted by robotics company MakerMods with Dream Labs. About 200 builders get bimanual 6-axis robot arm stations and Dream-1, Dream Labs' cross-robot "world action model". Track 1 (Hill Climb) is a skill-only leaderboard: collect demos, fine-tune Dream-1 and build the harness so your robot finishes and recovers on a long-horizon task. Track 2 is creative applications that connect robot actions to voice, agents and everyday tools. Teams of 3–6 (around five is ideal); apply solo or as a team; registration requires approval. Prizes and full rules will be announced before the event.
